Payments to nationals of the Purchaser’s country shall be made entirely in Ukrainian Hryvnia. Therefore, the balance of the foreign currency portion of the Contract Price shall be paid to a Supplier national of the Purchaser’s country in Ukrainian Hryvnia at the exchange rate fixed by the National Bank of Ukraine at the date of: (i) Act of Acceptance-Transfer of Goods and (ii) Acceptance Certificate for payment for the completed related services. Such payment will be made to the Supplier's nominated bank account in accordance with the rules and regulations of the National Bank of Ukraine in force at the time of payment.
